KC Man Arrested as Fugitive Saturday

A Kansas City man was arrested Saturday in Harrison County for being a fugitive at large.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol says 31-year-old Kansas City, Missouri resident Isaiah N. Smith was arrested at 4:13 P.M. Saturday in Harrison County for being a felony fugitive from out of state and for not wearing a seat belt.

Smith was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center where he is being held without bond.
