Kearney Woman Arrested on Driving Trio in Clay County

A Kearney woman was arrested on three driving charges Wednesday morning in Clay County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Dairien D. Powell was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, and not having insurance.
Powell was later released by troopers.
