Linn County Man Pleads Not Guilty to 43 Charges of Child Sex Crimes

A man from Linn County entered a plea of not guilty to 43 charges.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported the arrest of 44-year-old Roger Cupp back on September 3rd.
Formal charges have been brought against him including multiple counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and rape with victims under 12. He also faces 11 first-degree charges of child molestation.
Cupp appeared by video from the Macon County Jail with attorney Jessica Caldera. He waived formal arraignment and entered his not guilty plea after which he was informed of his rights.
Bond has been denied.
