Local County Officials are Reminding People that Personal Property Taxes are Due at End of Month

Local county officials are reminding people that personal property taxes are due at the end of the month.

Most counties started collecting payments November 1st, and for your payment to remain on time it must be paid by 11 P.M. central on New Years Eve.

If it isn’t paid on time residents will be facing an interest rate of two percent, that is added to your personal property taxes each month it is late.
