Maitland Man Injured in Nodaway County Motorcycle Crash Tuesday Evening

A Maitland man suffered injuries in a Nodaway County motorcycle crash Tuesday evening.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 7:37 Tuesday night on Highway ZZ, a mile north of Graham, as 39-year-old Joshua W. Schroder drove southbound.
Troopers say Schroder’s brakes locked up and caused him to lose control of his motorcycle.
Schroder crossed the center line, returned to the southbound lanes, went off the west side of the road, and ejected from his motorcycle.
Schroder suffered moderate injuries and sought treatment at Mosaic in Saint Joseph.
Authorities say he did not wear safety gear at the time of the crash.
