A man was arrested in Buchanan County after he left the scene of an accident Thursday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 41-year-old Paul D. Massey of St. Joseph at 2:43 pm for the felony of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, misdemeanor DWI, and driving while revoked.
Massey was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
