Maryville Driver Faces Charges Following Andrew County Accident

A Maryville driver was taken to the hospital following an accident in Andrew County Friday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 38 year old David Masters was driving northbound on Highway 59 in Andrew County near the Business Loop with I-29 and went off the side of the roadway. The vehicle eventually struck a tree.
Masters received minor injuries from the accident. The vehicle was totaled. The driver also faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Maintain the Right Half of the Roadway.
The accident took place just after 9am Friday morning.
