Minnesota Man Arrested on Drug, Fleeing and Traffic Charges

A Minnesota man is facing a long list of charges after being arrested in Harrison County Thursday morning.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Christopher D. Ellis of Monticello, Minnesota was arrested on a felony charge of resisting arrest creating a substantial risk of injury or death, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 or more miles-per-hour in a construction zone, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to drive in the right lane, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, and operating a vehicle on the highway without a license.

Ellis was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
