Total deaths due to COVID-19 have topped 318 in Missouri.
The Department of Health and Senior Services reports 318 deaths and 7,425 positive cases of COVID-19 in the Show-Me State.
Buchanan County has been hit the hardest in the listening area with 76 positive cases and one death.
