Missouri Governor Announces $30 Million For Health Care Professionals and System

Missouri Governor Mike Parson has announced $30 million will be directed to Missouri’s health care professionals and system to contract more health care staffing and to establish Antibody Infusion Stations. It will include $15 million towards hospitals for staffing.
The governor emphasized that Missouri’s hospital pressure is based on a lack of staffing and not hospital capacity. The other $15 million will be used for 5 to 8 Antibody Infusion Sites to be established around the state.
The governor says the sites could treat up to 2,000 patients across the state.
