Older Man from Nebraska Arrested in Atchison County

A man from Nebraska was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Atchison County.
The arrest report says 71-year-old Douglas M. Rumsey of Madison, Nebraska was arrested at 10:52 am Wednesday.
He was charged with misdemeanor sexual misconduct and taken to the Atchison County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
