Omaha Woman Arrested on Warrants & Driving Charge

An Omaha, Nebraska woman was arrested on two warrants, and a driving charge, Wednesday in Atchison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Zabrina V. Dunn-Osby was arrested on a preliminary charge of failure to secure a child in a safety seat.
Troopers say Dunn-Osby also had outstanding warrants from Saline and Atchison Counties for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
She was taken to the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office to await bond.
