Orrick Man Caught With Felony Levels of Pot

An Orrick man was arrested for a felony level of marijuana possession Monday afternoon in central Missouri’s Cooper County.

Troop F of the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 49-year-old Orrick resident Brian J. Lipari at 1:56 P.M. Monday on charges of felony possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and he was cited for not wearing a seat belt.

Lipari was booked into the Cooper County Jail to await bond.
