Out-of-State Fugitive Arrested in Harrison County

A Bethany man was arrested on an out-of-state fugitive warrant Wednesday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Andrew Trusty was arrested on the felony out-of-state fugitive warrant.
He was taken to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center to be held without bond.
