Over 500 Degrees To Be Offered Next Saturday At NCMC Commencement Ceremonies

North Central Missouri College says 502 degrees and certificates will be awarded during its 97th commencement ceremony which will be held on Saturday, May 4th at the Ketchum Center in Trenton.

The morning ceremony will honor the associate degrees that are non-nursing. The commencement address will be be delivered by Dr. Joanna Anderson, for the former President of State Fair Community College. It will begin at 9am.

The afternoon ceremony will honor the nursing certificates, degrees, and pinnings. Mosaic Life Care CEO Mike Poore will deliver that commencement address for a ceremony which will begin at 1pm.

The 502 degrees and certificates awarded to 449 individual graduates. 109 associate in arts, 36 associate in arts in teaching, 198 associate in applied science, three associate in general studies, 11 associate in science, and 145 certificates. The average age is 24, with the oldest graduate 59 and the youngest 17. Graduates come from 10 states and 5 countries outside of the United States.
