Polo Man Arrested on Two Charges in Clinton County Thursday

Troopers report the arrest of a Polo man Thursday evening on two charges in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol lists the arrest of 22-year-old Zackery L. Phillips on preliminary charges of hindering prosecution and making a false declaration.
Authorities booked Phillips into the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
