Richmond Man Arrested on Felony Trio Wednesday

A Richmond man was arrested on a trio of felony charges Wednesday in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Peyton J. Downs was arrested on preliminary felony charges of first-degree promoting child pornography, possession of child pornography, and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.

Downs was taken to the Ray County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
