Richmond Man arrested on Minor Pot Charges and Warrant

A Richmond man was arrested Thursday in Linn County on pair of minor marijuana charges and a warrant out of Livingston County.

Troop B of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Richmond resident Clayton A. Farris was arrested at 6:33 P.M. Thursday in Linn County for possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana as a prior offender, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia as a prior offender and a Livingston County misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on a traffic violation.

Farris was released from the scene.
