Rock Port Man Arrested Thursday on Outstanding Warrant

A prisoner behind bars with hands cuffed
A Rock Port man was arrested Thursday on an outstanding warrant in Holt County.
Just before 7 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports they arrested 62-year-old Edward L. Bailey on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant originally from the Atchison County Sherriff’s Office.
He was booked into the Atchison County Jail where he awaits bond.
