Savannah Woman Arrested on Warrant Pair in Buchanan County

A Savannah woman was arrested on a pair of warrants Monday night in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Wisteria J. Smith was arrested on a felony probation warrant from Buchanan County for child neglect.
Smith was also arrested on a Saint Joseph misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.
She was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
