St. Joseph Man Arrested on Felony Sex Crime Pair

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a pair of felony sex crime charges Thursday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Marc D. Deblois was arrested on preliminary felony charges of failure to register as a sex offender and residing within one-thousand feet of a school as an offender.
Deblois was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
