St. Joseph Man Arrested on Outstanding Felony Warrant

A St. Joseph man was arrested Monday on an outstanding felony warrant.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that at 10:25 A.M. they arrested 33-year-old Justin Hartley on an outstanding Buchanan County failure to appear warrant for an original charge of non-support.
Hartley was also cited for failure to register his motor vehicle.
He awaits bond at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.
