St. Joseph Man Charged With Murder

An arraignment is set this week for a Saint Joseph man facing a murder charge.

Court documents say Nicholas D. Piper faces a felony charge of second-degree murder.

Records list that charge from Sunday.

Bond for Piper was denied Monday.

He is due to appear in Buchanan County court April 29 at 8:30 a.m.
