Troopers Arrest Kansas City Pair on Drug Charges Tuesday in Clinton County

Troopers report arresting two Kansas City residents Tuesday morning in Clinton County on preliminary drug charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 20-year-old Alexis J. McCarlson and 19-year-old Rocky A. Botts on preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say McCarlson also faces an additional preliminary charge of speeding.
Troopers booked the two into the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on 24-hour holds.
