Troopers report the arrest of a Plattsburg man early this morning in Platte County on a felony warrant.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 41-year-old Charles W. Donley around 12:59 this morning on a felony warrant from Platte County.
Authorities booked Donley into the Platte County Jail.
