Troopers Arrest St. Joseph Man Monday in Harrison County on Drug & Driving Charges

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph man Monday morning in Harrison County on drug and driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 41-year-old Kenneth R. Cline around 9:00 Monday morning on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, following too closely, not having valid insurance, and not wearing a seat belt.
Authorities booked Cline into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
