Two People Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident in Platte County

Two people were injured in a hit-and-run accident in Platte County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that 46-year-olds Andrew and Teather Gangestad were driving south on US-169 Highway north of Englewood Road.
As they slowed for traffic at 6:24 pm Thursday, another vehicle struck their towed unit and then fled the scene.
The Gangestads suffered minor injuries and sought treatment on their own.
