Two Teens Arrested for Assault in Andrew County

Two teenagers were arrested in Andrew County for assault.
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 17-year-old St. Joseph resident Richard D. Smith and 18-year-old County Club resident Michael D. McFadden were arrested around 8:45 pm Tuesday.
They were both charged with 4th-Degree assault and taken to the Andrew County Jail to be held on bond.
