Two Teens Injured in DeKalb County Crash Sunday Night

Two area teens suffered injuries in a DeKalb County crash Sunday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 9:19 Sunday night at Northwest King Road and Northwest Bowen Road, about three miles south of King City, as a 16-year-old Union Star male drove eastbound.
Troopers say the vehicle went off the north side of the road, became airborne, struck the ground, and overturned multiple times.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 16-year-old King City male, also suffered minor injuries.
Both teens sought treatment at Mosaic in Saint Joseph.
Authorities say both teens wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
