The Missouri Small Business Development Center at Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Missouri Extension are partnering to host a Food Safety for Food Processors and Small Businesses webinar planned for Tuesday, November 17th from 11:30am until 1pm.
Food Safety for Food Processors and Small Businesses is targeted for assistance to anyone that packages and sells food directly to consumers. The topics covered will include an overview of food safety regulations, the differences between the USDA and the FDA regarding inspections and audits, basic concepts of hazard analysis, and concepts of good manufacturing.
There is no fee to participate. Registrations is required by Monday, November 16th.
