Young Woman Shot in St. Joe has Died

The young woman shot in St. Joseph last week has died.
The woman, 25-year-old Minda M. Miller was shot on February 23 near 11th and Seneca. A suspect in the shooting, 34-year-old Michael J. Hadden, has been described as 6-foot-3-inches tall and weighing about 195 pounds with green eyes and bald. He is reported as being in custody.
Hadden is on probation for unlawful possession of a firearm after having served time for resisting arrest for which he plead guilty back in 2017 according to court documents.
