SCORES FROM MONDAY, JULY 10

Sedalia Bombers 8 Jefferson City Renegades 3      – 7 innings
Jeff City scored the game’s first run in the bottom of the 4th and added two more in the 5th. Sedalia saved their best for last scoring once in the 6th and putting up seven in the 7th.

Jefferson City Renegades 5 Sedalia Bombers 4        -8 innings
Sedalia kept their hot bats going early scoring twice in the 1st inning. Jeff City chipped away with single tallies in the 3rd and 4th innings to tie the game. The teams exchanged runs in the 7th to stay tied. Sedalia got another run in the top of the 8th but Jeff City had just a little more, putting up two in the bottom half to win the game on a walk-off base on balls.

Joplin Outlaws 9 Nevada Griffons 2
Nevada drew first blood with a run in the 3rd but their lead was short lived as Joplin put up a five spot in the bottom of the 4th. The Outlaws added two runs in the 5th and two more in the 6th. Nevada capped the scoring in the 7th with their final run.

Carroll Merchants 10 Clarinda A’s 0                -7 innings (make up game from June 7)
Carroll took the early lead with a single run in the 2nd and two more in the 3rd. The score would stay 3-0 until the Merchants exploded for a game ending seven run bottom of the 7th.
