Ty Hillsabeck threw six shutout innings before coughing up a couple of runs in the 7th in a seven-inning complete game effort.

Andrew Clark gave the Mustangs their second seven-inning complete game effort of the day in the shutout.

Chillicothe Mudcats 6 Carroll Merchants 5
The teams traded two runs in the 1st inning and stayed tied until Chillicothe inched in front with a single run in the 4th. Carroll came back in the 6th to tie the game. In the 8th the Merchants put up two more runs, only to see the Mudcats answer with two of their own in the bottom half. The Mudcats got the walk off win with an Elian Guzman RBI double in the bottom of the 9th.

Joplin Outlaws 9 Jefferson City Renegades 8
Joplin wasted no time jumping out to a big lead with a five run 1st inning. Jeff City fought back with two in the 5th and three in the 6th to tie the game. Joplin reclaimed the lead with a single run in the 7th but the Renegades tied it in the 8th. Jeff City took its only lead of the night with two more in the 9th but Joplin answered with a three run bottom half to win the game on a Kolton William RBI single.

Clarinda A’s 7 Nevada Griffons 2
Clarinda jumped out to an early lead with a two run 2nd inning, then added two more in the 3rd and one in the 4th to build a 5-0 lead before Nevada finally got on the board with one of their own in the bottom of the 4th. The A’s added single runs in the 6th and 8th innings to maximize their lead at 7-1. The Griffons added a cosmetic run in the bottom of the 9th.
