Funeral services for 19 year old Tingley resident Halsie Barnes of Tingley will be at 2pm Saturday at the Mount Ayr High School Gymnasium. Burial will be in the Maple Row Cemetery of Kellerton. Open visitation will be held from 12pm until 8pm Friday at the First Christian Church in Mount Ayr. The family will be present at the church from 3 until 8pm Friday. Memorials will be directed to a scholarship fund and improvements to the Mount Ayr High School Softball Field. The Armstrong Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
