Speeding Stops Net Two FTA Warrant Arrests For Troop H

A pair of speeding stops Tuesday led Troopers with the Missouri State Highway APtorl to make two separate arrests on failure to appear warrants.

The first stop came at 5:20 A.M. Tuesday when troopers arrested 19-year-old St. Joseph resident Reeve P. Inscho on a Holt County Sheriff’s warrant for failing to appear on a charge of speeding at 26 miles-per-hour or more over the speed limit and cited him fro a new count of speeding.

Inscho was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.

The second FTA warrant arrest was made at 12:30 P.M. in Holt County as troopers arrested 35-year-old Michael L. Cain of Kansas City on a Wright County misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on a speeding charge and cited him with a new speeding charge at 86-miles-per-hour in a 70 miles-per-hour zone.

Cain was booked into the Holt County Jail to await bond.
