Ameren Missouri Says Large Plan Will Save Customers Money

Ameren Missouri has unveiled a plan the utility company says will save its residential and business customers money.

The company plans to invest 205-million-dollars in rebates an incentives, designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce non-essential energy during peak periods.

Tim Via says the plan is currently being looked at by the Missouri Public Service Commission…

The proposal under consideration also includes 70-million dollars in expanded programs for income-eligible customers and social service agencies.

If approved, the programs will run from 2025 to 2027.
