Andrew Bailey Testifies Before U.S. House Subcommittee On The Coronavirus Pandemic

(MISSOURINET)-  Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says the Biden Administration violated free speech rights by colluding with Big Tech to suppress social media posts on Twitter and other platforms. That’s what he told a U-S House subcommittee in Washington D-C Wednesday. He disputed testimony from another witness who called coordination between the White House and social media are “unverified allegations:”

Bailey told the committee that a “wall of separation” needs to be erected between tech and state in order to preserve the First Amendment right to free and fair open debate. The Justice Department, meanwhile, denies the allegations.
