Authorities Looking For Missing Teen From Smithville

Clay County authorities are searching for a missing 16-year-old Smithville girl.

Authorities are looking for 16-year-old Lexus Perkins who is described as being 5′ 7″ tall, weighing 195 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black Smithville Warriors shirt with a hand print on the back, black shorts with black socks and black sandals.

Authorities say Perkins spoke with relatives Sunday between Noon and 1 P.M. saying she was going for a walk and has not been heard from since.
