Blythedale Resident Charged With Trafficking Drugs

HARRISON COUNTY, MO – A Blythedale man has been taken into custody and formally charged with drug trafficking.

Forty-year-old John Parker was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Tuesday during a traffic stop on I-35 in Harrison County. A Probable Cause Statement issued by the Patrol alleges that Parker was in possession of LSD and Methamphetamine as well as over six thousand dollars in cash.

The Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney filed a class A felony of trafficking drugs in the first degree today (Wednesday). The Court issued a warrant with bond set at $250,000 cash only. Parker is set for arraignment on that charge this afternoon.
