Bridge Projects Coming to U.S Route 65 in the Coming Weeks

A pair of bridges on U.S Route 65 are set for expansion joint and guardrail work in the coming weeks.

The Missouri Department of Transportation says crews plan to begin work on the Livingston County U.S Route 65 Roach Lake Bridge, south of Chillicothe, on Monday, September 30.

That project is scheduled to last through late October.

MO-DOT says crews also plan to begin work on the Carroll County Tater Hill Creek Bridge, southwest of Tina, on Monday, October 7.

This project is scheduled to run for a week through Monday, October 14.

During this time, traffic will be reduced to one lane and directed by traffic signals during both projects.

The Roach Lake Bridge Project will include a 10-foot width restriction while the Tater Hill Creek Bridge will include a 16-foot width restriction.

All work is weather permitting and is subject to change.
