Buchanan & Clinton Counties U.S. Route 169 Resurfacing Project Begins April 1

A project to resurface U.S. Route 169 in Buchanan and Clinton counties will begin on Monday, April 1.

Emery Sapp & Sons, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will resurface the route from the Clinton County line near Trimble to the intersection of Route 169 and Buchanan County Route FF.

During this time, crews will reduce the roadway to one lane with a pilot car guiding motorists through the work zone.

Additional flaggers will be present at the intersections of state routes.

MoDOT expects all work to take place Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A 10-foot width restriction will be in place daily.

Crews plan to complete the project by mid-May.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
