Cainsville School Board Hires Principal, Athletic Director

Cainsville School Board members hired a principal and athletic director during their board meeting Wednesday.
The board hired Mike Tipton as the Kindergarten through 12th grade Principal and Athletic Director. Board members accepted the resignation of Traci Willis and hired Nesa Otto as a teacher for the 2024-25 school year.
The Harrison County Clerk’s Office also released the unofficial results of the Cainsville School Board election. The vote showed Andrea Cain with 69 votes and Bart Skroh with 59 votes. those two unofficially won the school board positions. Colton Nelson received 27 votes. Shane Vaughn had 20 votes. Ed Mercer received 16 votes.
