California Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Holt County Sunday

A California man was arrested on drug and driving charges Sunday afternoon in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 60-year-old Ukiah, California resident Francisco O. Vargas was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking drugs, and failure to drive in the right lane of the highway.
Vargas was taken to the Holt County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
