Case Continued to February For Saint Joseph Man Charged in Fatal DWI

A Saint Joseph man charged in a fatal January accident appeared in Buchanan County Court Thursday.
Court documents say Steven Anthony Ayala faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated involving the death of another – not a passenger.
Records list that charge from January 14.
The court denied the bond for Ayala.
He is next due in court on February 3 at 1:30 p.m.
