Case Hired As Director For MU Research And Education Center Farms In Northern Missouri

The University of Missouri has announced a Director of Northern Missouri Research, Extension, and Education Center beginning May 2nd. Jeff Case will oversee three farms that make up the NM-REEC. The NM-REEC is one of four centers around the state for the Missouri Agricultural Experiment Station and the University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources.

Jeff Case is vice president at Enterprise Bank and Trust. He has also served as the state director and Midwest regional chairman for USDA Rural Development from 2010-21. He has both a Bachelor and Master of Science in agricultural education from the University of Missouri.

He will oversee NM-REEC properties in northern Missouri which include the Cornett Farm in Linneus, the Lee Greenley Jr. Memorial Farm in Novelty, and Thompson Farm in Spickard.

Case is also owner and operator of Case Farms, a hay and row-crop farm in northern Missouri.
