Chillicothe Man Arrested On Outstanding Felony Warrant

A Chillicothe man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in Chillicothe late Monday night.
Just after 10:30 P.M. the Chillicothe Police Department arrested 33-year-old Vernon W. Hines on an outstanding felony warrant as well as allegedly being in possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia for methamphetamine/amphetamines, and being in possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
Hines was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
