Chillicothe Police Congratulate Officer and K9

The Chillicothe Police Department took to Social Media to congratulate Officer Gray and K-9 Enoch for a bust. According to the Chillicothe Police Report for the weekend, a traffic stop was conducted at US-65 and US-36 for speeding on Sunday at 5:09 pm.

The officer’s suspicions were raised based on the driver’s actions and they asked for a K-9 to respond. The K-9 alerted the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle of the 54-year-old woman.

A Probable Cause search, lead to the discovery of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and drug distribution equipment. The driver, a 54-year-old woman, was arrested for speeding, no insurance, distribution of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
