Chillicothe Woman Charged With Four Felonies in Livingston County Court

A Chillicothe woman faces four felony charges in Livingston County Court.

Court documents say Cheyenne Dawn White faces two felony charges of endangering the welfare of a child – creating a substantial risk and two felony charges of abuse or neglect of a child.
