Cosby Man Hurt In Hit And Run Accident

A Cosby man was left with minor injuries in a hit and run accident Thursday evening in Andrew County.
The Highway Patrol says at 6:25 Thursday evening 66-year-old Cosby resident Keith L. Nold was standing outside of a 2004 Dodge Ram that was stationary on Highway O in Andrew County about two miles east of Cosby. He was reportedly directing traffic around a slow moving farm implement.
That’s when an unknown vehicle struck his pick up truck on the drivers side which caused Nold to be struck by drivers side of the truck. The unknown vehicle then reportedly fled the scene.
Nold suffered minor injuries in the incident and was taken by Andrew County EMS to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph for treatment.
