Dearborn Man Facing Six Charges in Clinton County From Alleged March Incident

A Dearborn man faces six drug and driving charges in Clinton County Court.

Court documents say Brian Lee Harris faces two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and a felony for resisting arrest.

Harris also faces misdemeanors for speeding, failure to register a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Records list all six charges from March 20.

The court set Harris’ bond at 100 thousand dollars.
